Why we do this?
So why are we doing this?
Well…It started off as a result of a few conversations Eddie and I had. We had seen a movie and were discussing it afterwards, going into great detail as to why we liked some aspects of the film and why we hated others, when it dawned on us almost at the same time…we should start a blog about movies!
Needless to say, Edward was in from the go, he said he needed something else to do during the day anyway.
We started brainstorming ideas about how we would write our reviews, when it dawned on me. The Edward Scale!
It was a perfect rating system, rivaled only perhaps by Siskel and Eberts thumbs up and thumbs down system. AlthoughN Edward would argue that there are many flaws in their rating. None-the-less, daveneddie.wordpress.com was born!
And what can you expect from these two movie mogals?
Edward is fond of foreign and independant films and also a brain teasing psychological thriller. While Dave enjoys a hearty chuckle from time to time and a good who done it!
They abuse their Netflix queue but on occasion let Eddie’s mom pick out a movie to watch. So what do you watch? Have any suggestions for films these two need to review? Do you disagree with their ratings or want to argue their review? Let them know!
